The kettlebell is a cast-iron or cast steel weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Some of the benefits of using Kettlebells include : you will get a serious cardio workout, improved flexibility, great for fat loss, strengthens every muscle, moves are easy to learn and they are fun!

I am a qualified Kettebell instructor having also attended a masterclass.  I use Kettlebells with my clients and run 3 popular classes in Burghfield and Mortimer with a new class launching on Monday 5 March at Burghfield Recreation Ground.
