The kettlebell is a cast-iron or cast steel weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Some of the benefits of using Kettlebells include : you will get a serious cardio workout, improved flexibility, great for fat loss, strengthens every muscle, moves are easy to learn and they are fun!

I am a qualified Kettebell instructor having also attended a masterclass.  I use Kettlebells with my clients and also take 2 classes in Burghfield.

Tuesday @ 6.30pm and Saturday @ 8.30am
