I am a qualified Personal Trainer and British Triathlon Coach offering a wide range of training from writing specific training plans for triathlons, to helping with fitness and weightloss, gaining strength, improving stamina and endurance and having fun whilst getting fit.
As a moblie Personal Trainer I can come to you. You can choose from 1-2-1 personal training or in groups of up to 3 (ideal if there's a group of you and you would like to train together and save costs).
I have a wealth of experience and knowledge - no one session will be the same. They will be challenging, using different equipment or sometimes just bodyweight, and most of all, they will be fun!
I welcome clients within a 5 mile radius of Burghfield Common, covering Bradfield, Tidmarsh, Upper Bucklebury, Pangbourne however, I am also happy to provide virtual coaching if you are not within my catchment area.
